The venue was in a central location just next door to restaurants and shopping centre, pub, and Coffs Harbour. Especially helpful and delightfully helpful property staff especially with our extra request. The room we booked was not been renovated like the others where the photos were taken and available with cutlery and balcony, for instance.

The motel is conveniently located adjacent to an intersection with traffic lights, making it easy to access from the main road. Despite being in a not very nice area, the building itself is basic, pretty old and tired. However, the rooms are clean with freshly made beds and towels, providing a comfortable stay. The service is fantastic, with the manager going beyond expectations to meet guests' needs. The amenities include real mugs for tea, a very firm mattress, and a designated smoking area.

There were issues with cleanliness, including dirty bed linen and stained towels, mentioned by some guests.

Had a very nice stay for a better holiday experience and good value, the hotel serves the purpose well. Favourable very central location really close to all tourist attractions, the Marina and nearby shops and a great playground for the kids.

As for me, the location was favourable and easy, close to the shops, and cafes, pub. The service provided there was excellent.

This great budget hotel was a great base for stopover. The staff was efficient and hospitable, the room was modest with single beds and balcony and the photos were taken. Everything was good, but a few employees were very rude. Appreciated our really really nice stay there a lot.

The hotel had a very central setting in the centre of the city. The rooms were newly renovated, included a balcony and a kettle, I appreciated it.

The room I stayed in was good value for money and a nice size, it had 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed.

Luxury and nice hotel with excellent customer service. Comfortable room with shower was filthy on top of all cupboards etc inches thick of dust and bunk beds, as example. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Easy check in and late check out. Nothing to complain about, good value.
